Scrum master
The scrum master is accountable for how the team works: facilitating the ceremonies, protecting the sprint from mid-flight scope, and removing impediments.
It is not a project-manager role and not a promotion. Its authority is entirely influence, which is why combining it with line management quietly breaks it — people stop naming real problems in front of the person who writes their review.
Small teams rarely need a dedicated one. A rotating facilitator accountable for ceremonies happening and blockers clearing gets the same outcome and spreads the skill.
In Flocci Projects
Not a modelled role; organizations have members and roles, and facilitation is a team convention.
