Flocci Projects vs Notion: which fits your team in 2026?
Notion is the connected workspace: databases, docs and wikis that teams bend into project trackers. It is excellent at documentation and at flexible views over a database — and it has no native sprints, story points, velocity charts or agile reporting. Everything agile in Notion is something you build yourself out of properties, formulas and templates, then maintain forever.
Feature and price comparison
Notion facts read from its own public pricing page (https://www.notion.com/pricing) on 2026-07-29. USD to INR figures are indicative. Notion is a product of Notion Labs.

Where Notion is the better choice
Notion wins on flexibility and documentation depth: relational databases, formulas, an enormous template ecosystem, superb writing UX, mature mobile apps and AI woven through the workspace. If your team's real problem is knowledge rather than delivery cadence, Notion is the better buy.

What Flocci Projects does not have
Stated plainly, because a comparison that hides this is worthless: Native iOS and Android apps (Flocci Projects is a responsive web app); Gantt / timeline view and dependency scheduling; A third-party integration marketplace or public API app directory; One-click importers from Jira, Trello, Asana or Linear; Burndown charts inside the sprint (velocity trend, progress and workload are the shipped analytics); Custom workflow builders, custom statuses or per-project column configuration.

Can Notion do sprints and velocity?
Only if you build them. Notion has no native sprint, story-point or velocity feature — teams model them with database properties, rollups and formulas, which works but becomes a system you own and maintain. Flocci Projects ships sprints, points and a velocity trend chart as product features.
Should I use Notion for docs and Flocci Projects for delivery?
That combination is coherent, and Flocci Library exists for exactly that role inside our suite: an issue can attach the wiki page that specifies it, bidirectionally, so the spec and the work stay linked without copy-paste. If you keep docs in Notion, you simply lose that automatic link.
Is Notion cheaper than Flocci Projects?
No. Notion Plus is $10/user/month (about ₹840) and Business $20; Flocci team seats are ₹49/seat/month. Notion's free tier is also block-limited once a workspace has two or more members.
When is Notion the better choice?
When knowledge management is the primary problem — specs, handbooks, meeting notes, relational databases — and delivery cadence is informal enough that a hand-built board is sufficient.
