Retrospective
A retrospective is a short meeting at the end of each sprint where the team inspects how it worked and commits to one or two concrete improvements.
The format matters less than the output. A retrospective that produces a list of feelings and no owned action is theatre, and teams learn to treat it as such within a quarter.
Bring data. 'Velocity dropped from 22 to 13 and one person held half the sprint' starts a better conversation than 'the sprint felt bad', and the workload chart usually explains more than memory does.
