The personal board is free for everyone, students included, with no issue cap and no expiry. A shared board for the team requires an organization; seats beyond the free allowance are ₹49/seat/month, which for a four-person project team is under ₹200.

How long should a student team's sprint be?

One or two weeks, matched to your review cadence with the guide or supervisor. A one-week sprint suits a semester project with weekly check-ins; two weeks suits a capstone with fortnightly reviews. Keep the length constant so velocity means something.

What should we put in the backlog first?

The submission requirements, one item per deliverable, then split anything that will take more than a few days. If the project is still a paragraph, the AI backlog breakdown will draft a first structure from your description that you can then argue with — which is faster than a blank page.

Will this help in placement interviews?

Indirectly but genuinely: interviewers ask how you organised the work, and having real sprint goals, estimates and a velocity history lets you answer with evidence. The tool does not create the story, but running the process properly does, and the tool makes the process cheap enough to actually run.
